Hiring Rules

Security bond $2000
Booking payment to be made within 48hours to secure dates requested.
minimum 7 night booking for school holidays (14 days over Christmas/new year’s)
minimum 4 day booking public holiday weekend (5 melb cup)
Drivers to be 25years+ with full driving license.
Awning to be packed away before bad weather to protect from damage (fee if damaged)
Please fill fuel before returning and Fuel will be full upon your collection.
Up to 200km per day (average) (no additional fee)
30 cents per kilometre fee (additional fee) above 200 average
Hirers to return motorhome by 4pm as default time unless arranged prior (where practical).
Hirers will be charged late return fee ($20 per hour or an additional day after 8pm)
Lost Mercedes key $800
Motorhome to be returned in clean and tidy condition, linen removed and placed on bathroom floor. - When motorhome not returned in satisfactory condition hirer to pay $100 cleaning fee.
Please leave Van clean, including dishes and surfaces.
Please empty toilet and grey water before returning the vehicle.
No off road driving of this vehicle.
No smoking
No pets
Please remember to be aware of low bridges and trees when driving/parking.
Any damage should be reported at earliest convenience.

ADDITIONAL CLAUSES

Motorhome to be returning in clean and tidy condition – $100 cleaning fee charged from security deposit.
Where additional optional extras are hired, it is the hirers responsibility to return in excellent working condition. Loss or damage will result in security bond to be used for RRP of the items- EG – Generator (4KW $2000) (3.5KW $1200) (2KW $1200) , Portable Fridge ($800) , Linen ($100).
Hirer to return motorhome by 4pm or earlier as default unless agreed upon by both parties. Late return fee ($100) to be paid for up to 9PM. Additional day to be charged if after 9pm. All late charges to be paid from security bond.
