4: Is the motorhome insured?

All motorhomes have CIL full comprehensive insurance included in the pricing. Hirers MUST provide a digital copy of drivers licence on the hire agreement prior to driving the vehicle.

5: What is the excess?

Standard excess is $700. However in cases such as less than 2 years driving experience, less than 25 years of age or off road driving there is an additional excess required. SEE HIRE agreement.

6: How much is security bond, when is it due.

Security bond is $2000. This is due when payment deposit payment is made on the website. Security Bond is fully refundable within 48 hours of end of hire, when motorhome is returned according to Terms and Conditions.

Common reasons for full Security Bond not being returned

- Motorhome excessively unclean $100 cleaning fee
- Toilet Capsule – not emptied $100 fee
- Excess KMS – Beyond 200km per day average
- Damage to motorhome
- Lost items
- Tolls/fines/infringements
- Late motorhome return
- Diesel not filled up

7: What type of Fuel

All motorhome must only use Diesel. Significant costs are associated with wrong fuel being used

2: Motorhome beeping when attempting to drive

Have you released hand break.
